At Thai Thavorn Shop, we stand behind the quality of our products. We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase for all our items shipped internationally.

What is Covered?

• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

• If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will provide a replacement part or a full replacement at our discretion.

What is Not Covered?

• Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

• Normal wear and tear over time.

• Shipping costs for returning items for warranty inspection (unless otherwise agreed upon).

How to Make a Claim? To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at gmaxshop168@gmail.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defect. Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
